This car is a very nicely prepared English rally/race/road car. It seems to have been built in the early to mid 90’s in England. The car has many fun/interesting modifications. Right hand drive - Twin fuel tanks - 1 3/4 SU HIF Carbs - aeroquip brake lines -Spax shocks - Big brakes - Full roll cage - Beautiful hand built dash board - Corbeau race seat. The floors had a bit of rust so I had them professionally replaced at considerable expense. Lovely and stunning, the Italian Job is quite a unique Mini and is easily recognizable to movie buffs and Mini enthusiasts. Only 1,000 were produced in the UK to commemorate the movie by the same name. Of the 1,000 that were manufactured, only 250 were available in red, and this is a superb example of one of the very few that are still in existence.
Everything works correctly--even the radio/CD. New items include the front windshield and surround, carpet, front and rear bumpers, grill and surround, wiper arms and blades. The car is equiped with a rear defogger, rear fog light, rear seat belts, alarm, radio/CD player, front spot lights, power brakes and front discs which will stop you very quickly. The Italian Job also benefits from the addition of a very easy to operate sunroof, which is totally watertight. Individual built-in sun screens can be used for glare protection. Great for those summer days! This Italian Job has been well cared for and it definitely shows. With its 1275 engine, it drives like a new Mini and is very responsive, nippy, and a true eye-catcher. Has the very-rarely-found bows and canvas cover for the bed. Original owner's manual and jack. Side wood pieces on cab are new. Top wood piece has been refinished. Bed floor is new. STUNNING MINI COOPER 1.3 SPI EXCELLENT CONDITION This is truly a beautiful example of a Mini Cooper that has been professionally restored and upgraded to modern specs. It has the single point injection 1300 engine which performs perfectly in every respect and has plenty of power. It will cruise comfortably at 80/85 mph. The color combination of silver/blue with a black top is very striking. Only a limited number of Minis were offered with this option. The exterior body work is in mint condition. There are no scratches, dings or dents. This Mini is rust free. The floors are in excellent condition as is the underbody. Seats, headliner, and carpets are in great shape. Recently fitted: New bumpers, grill and surrounds, new windshield and badges. This Cooper starts first time, every time. There are no mechanical issues and no oil leaks. Gear changes are very smooth and positive. All the electrical items function perfectly. It would be difficult to find another classic Cooper in better condition than this one. ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE DARK GREEN MINI MAYFAIR AUTOMATIC...GENUINE LOW MILEAGE...FULL SERVICE HISTORY
This is a very attractive, classy Mini. The body and interior are in superb condition as are the brakes, engine, and transmission. The engine is super-quiet, the gear changes are smooth, and it can be driven in manual mode or as an automatic making it fun to drive. The Mini has been upgraded to '90 specs. The car comes with full documentation to prove that the mileage is genuine. The body is totally rust-free and original, and the car has never been smoked in and has always been garaged. The suspension has had 'hi-los' fitted so the ride height is adjustable. Windshield washers spray directly from the wiper arms onto the windshield. The Mini has Alloy wheels and Yokohama tires that are practically new. The car is ready for shows or as a daily driver. There are no known faults with this Mini. The car looks like a new car and drives like a new one. I've driven it on the interstate, and it cruises effortlessly and quietly at 75-85 mph. This Mini has been regularly serviced and maintained to a very high standard. There are no known faults; inspections are welcomed. The new owner will not be disappointed in this beautiful Mini. 1981 original Mini 1000 HL (high luxury). This red Mini is in absolutely beautiful condition and has very low mileage (37,000). There is no rust on this car, and it has been very well cared for throughout its life. The body is in excellent shape as is the interior; the seats are covered in an attractive plaid fabric. The headliner is like new. All glass, weatherstripping, tires, and underbody of car are in super condition as are the engine bay and trunk area. The engine runs smoothly with no problems as you would expect from a car with this low mileage. The car has a rear fog light and heated rear window. The only fault, which is a common one with Minis, is that the syncromesh is worn on second gear. However, if you change from third gear to second gear slowly at low speeds, it is not noticeable. With this exception, the clutch and transmission operate correctly. | 1968 | Morris Mini Cooper | Genuine 1968 Mini Morris Cooper. Completely original, British Motor Industry Heritage Certificate, and rare Green Log Book. Tartan red with a black roof. This stunning car has been completely restored over the years. Most parts have been renewed or replaced and great attention has been paid to detail. I do not believe that you will find a Mini Cooper of this vintage in better condition than this one. The condition of the car is remarkable, is of show quality, and drives beautifully. The car has always been garaged and is totally rust free. The paint work is in excellent condition as is the interior. The underbody of the car is like new. The only deviations from the original specifications are that a brake servo unit has been added along with Mini Lite wheels. The car has the correct 100 MPH speedometer; the oil pressure is very good and remains constant. The temperature gauge registers normal, and there are no overheating problems or leaks.
